By placing an order with Pharmaimage (“Skinova”, “we”, “us” or “our”) for products sold on our website (the “Site”), you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”). Please read them carefully. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer care team before placing an order.

We may revise these T&Cs from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our Site, with the date of the last update listed at the top. The T&Cs in effect at the time of your order will apply to that purchase.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To use the Site or purchase Products, you must register and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping this information updated. When ordering, you agree that the payment details you provide are valid and that you are authorized to use them.

 

 

3. PRICING POLICY

Prices listed include VAT but exclude delivery charges, which are calculated at checkout. We strive to ensure all pricing and product descriptions are accurate, but we reserve the right to correct any errors.

 

 

4. AVAILABILITY

Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you've placed an order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

 

 

5. ORDERING PROCESS

  1. Add desired Products to your cart.

  2. Enter your delivery and billing details.

  3. Accept the T&Cs.

  4. Review your order before final submission.

  5. Click “Submit” to complete the purchase.

 

 

6. ORDERING ERRORS

You can make changes to your order up until you click “Submit” on the final checkout page.

 

 

7. ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an order acknowledgment via email. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a Dispatch Confirmation, which forms a legally binding contract between you and Skinova.

 

 

8. DELIVERY

We currently deliver only within Egypt. Standard delivery time is 2–7 working days.

  • Cairo: 65 LE

  • Alexandria: 70LE

  • Major cities: 75 :95 LE

During sales and promotions, delivery may take longer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control. In such cases, we will keep you informed and offer a refund if you choose to cancel the order due to delays.

 

 

9. PAYMENT

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payment is processed at checkout. If authorization fails, we will not fulfill your order. Products remain our property until payment is complete.

 

 

10. CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

10.1 To Cancel:

Email us at info@pharmaimage.net with your order number to initiate cancellation.

10.2 Refunds:

  • We refund the full product cost minus any reduction in value due to handling.

  • Delivery charges will be refunded based on the least expensive delivery method.

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

10.3 Exchanges:

You can request an exchange instead of a refund. Exchanges are processed within 7 working days.

10.4 Returns:

You must return products within 7 working days of cancellation in their original packaging to: Pharma Image

Return shipping is your responsibility unless the product is faulty.

 

 

11. SALE ITEMS

Items in sale or promotional periods were available at their original price for at least 28 days.

  • Sale items may have worn packaging.

  • Standard delivery may take longer during sale periods.


  • Your order is only confirmed once dispatched.

 

 

12. LIABILITY

We are only responsible for foreseeable losses resulting from breach of contract or negligence.
 We supply products for personal use only and are not liable for any business-related losses.

14. RIGHTS TRANSFER

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these T&Cs to another company. You may not transfer your rights without our written consent.

 

 

15. GOVERNING LAW

All terms and contracts are governed by Egyptian law. Disputes will be resolved in the Egyptian courts. All contracts are available in English and Arabic.

To the extent permitted by law, Skinova Image and its employees shall not be liable for lost profits, revenues, or any indirect or consequential damages related to use of the Site.

 

 

SKINOVA IMAGE SOCIAL MEDIA TERMS

By giving permission for Skinova Image to use your content (“Content”), you agree to the following:

  • We may use your Content on our website, social media, ads, and promotional material.

  • Content includes images, videos, captions, and your social media handle.

  • You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your Content indefinitely, unless you request removal.

  • Content remains yours, and you may use it as you wish.

  • You represent that the Content is yours or that you have permission to share it with us.

To revoke permission, email info@skinovaimage.com. We will stop using your Content but may retain archived copies for up to two years.

By submitting Content, you also consent to the processing of any personal data involved, including that of identifiable individuals shown.
